For the long weekend. We will be offering some of our tomahawks chops and our loin chops. Anyone that has bought these in the past knows these are 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch thick . And are excellent in the grill. There is only a limited quantity of these.
30 $ for a package of 2 tomahawks chops.
25 $ for a package of 2 loin chops.

We will have fresh bacon next week along with fresh cottage bacon also.
We will also be reaching out to our customers that have pre ordered hams.

There was actually a 2nd pig roast taking place with another one of our pigs this weekend. I love how they stuffed there pig. Even with the thunderstorms and loss of power these guys prevailed in delivering a beautiful and delicious pig roast for their celebration

Another amazing pig roast done with one of our pigs . Thank you to the people at the argyle lodge. For anyone that hasn't visited this place , it's a must go too place. One of the most beautiful places tucked away from the busy life . Located next to the water. The lodge is literally a rock toss to the waters edge. They did an amazing job on roasting there pig . With that crispy skin on the outside.

Thank you every one for coming and getting bacon. The support and love we get from clare, Weymouth, yarmouth and digby is absolutely incredible. We had about 65 lbs of bacon go through here today. We do have more being made, it will be ready in a week or so.
So for anyone that didn't get bacon, cottage bacon or back bacon, don't dispare. We have more coming. And also people waiting on hams please 🙏 be patient with us.
