I love this time of year . The seeds are all in and walking through the rows to see what is popping up. I'm always a week or 2 behind on planting because of lobstering. But we all pull together and get things done.

We have a few packages of our sirloin chops left . They are 1 1/4 inch thick . Perfect for the grill. 2 big beautiful chops per pack 25$. Message if you would like a package

Here on the farm we will be having our first mother's day special. This week we will be having tomahawk pork chops cut. Each package will have 2 beautiful 1 1/4 inch chops. If you plan on barbecuing on sunday these will be perfect for the grill.
30$ per package. These will be very limited. Msg if you would like a package. Will be available starting Thursday

Day 2 of smoking our bacon. Its pretty much finished at this point. It has developed a light brown color on the fat side. You can smell the maple syrup cure . All ready for slicing and packaging after a night in the cooler

It's smoking bacon and hams week here on the farm for our customers. Day 1 lots of smoke but meat had not begun to color yet .

Anyone looking for barbecue pigs for any special events this summer or even fall let us know. We started doing this last year for our customers . We sold a few 100 to 150 lb pigs for pig roasts and can do the same this summer. Here is a few pics customers sent us off there special celebrations.

Merry Christmas everyone. Thank you to everyone for making 2025 an amazing year. Every year we have been able to grow and also learn how to better serve our community and neighboring communities. I hope everyone enjoys the turkeys, pork, beef and chickens. We look forward to seeing the same faces in 2026 .
