At our facility in Middleton, we use Western Canada flax seeds that are tested to ensure the highest standard for human consumption and mill them into a fine, premium quality flour. Our small, conscientious staff is committed to producing fresh, safe products. The company grew out of the need

in long term care facilities for a source of milled flax seeds. Since then, the company has expanded to include milled brown and golden flax, whole flax seeds and pancake mix for the retail market, as well as flax for horses. Our product is also used in a number of bakeries and business throughout the Atlantic Provinces and Ontario. There are many health benefits to using flax as flax seeds provide high quality protein, omega-3 fats, soluble and insoluble fibre, anti-oxidants and phytoestrogens. Our flax flour is guaranteed gluten free. Valley Flaxflour products can be purchased at our facility in Middleton, by phone or e-mail order, or at a number of retail locations throughout Atlantic Canada.
