Returns and refunds are offered non-food items only. I cannot accept returns on spice kits or spice racks because they contain food-related products. Very occasionally, things get broken in transit.

I ship out orders within the time frames specified in listings, or when you payment clears if using an e-check. Please make sure that your shipping address as is correct
I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. If an item is returned to me due to providing an incorrect address, or if the item is not claimed at the post office, I cannot be responsible for resending the item to you. I reserve the right to cancel a sale under these circumstances at my discretion. If the sale is canceled, your purchase price, minus the shipping fees, will be refunded to you.
