Iron Moat Farm Fiddleheads Iron Moat farm is 200 acre farm located an hour and a half east of Toronto, and 20minutes south ptbo. This is our first year selling to the public!

At Iron Moat farms, we believe food should be as nature intended. Non-GMO, heirloom, open pollinated plants, free range no antibiotic chicken eggs and more. After ten years of maturing our clearing of fiddleheads, they are finally ready to be harvested. Since fiddleheads are different to produce than most produce, as they are perennials, the utmost care is taken to ensure that when harvesting the
