Halton Harvests for Hospice is a community-led initiative started by Weathered Rock Farm in support of North Halton Hospice to bring local farms together to support hospice care in our community 🐮🍓
Throughout September, farms across Halton are invited to join Weathered Rock Farm by choosing a way to give that works for them, whether that is by donating a percentage of September sales, select proceeds from Farmers’ Markets or a specific product, a set contribution amount or another approach entirely of your choosing.
There is no minimum contribution, and we do not need to know how much you’d like to contribute upon signing up.
This campaign is about showing the world what we can accomplish when our community comes together to support local! 💚✨
