Great food uses fresh ingredients that not only add depths of flavor but provides benefits to your body.
Garlic is used in many of our Mac and Cheese and Chicken dishes, from pictured on the last slide our creamy delicious Beef Sausage Mac and Cheese to our Halal Chicken delicious dishes. Garlic has also believed to have multiple health benefits.
For one, the allicin in garlic provides antibacterial properties. Scientists believe that garlic has antiviral properties that may work in two ways, she says: by blocking the entry of viruses into cells, and by strengthening the immune response so that it can effectively fight off potential invaders. It’s these things that can help support a healthy immune system overall.
