We have four releases for you this week - Painkiller Epoch Slushie, Double Bruiser, Left Hand Path Superdelic and Milton Dew!

Painkiller Epoch Slushie is a 5% smoothie sour with Pineapple, Orange and Coconut. Based on the tropical drink, this Epoch is a vacation in a can! It's creamy, tropical and balanced between the tart pineapple and sweet orange with the coconut mellowing everything out.

Double Bruiser is an 8% Hazy Double IPA with oats that is hopped with Nectaron as well as our hand-selected Citra. It is the long-awaited DIPA version of our beloved Bruiser IPA recipe. This is super juicy with very low bitterness giving off notes of Orange Tang, guava, cherry and nectarines!

Left Hand Path Superdelic is the latest batch in our series showcasing different hops in a West Coast style IPA. Superdelic is a juicy New Zealand hop we have used in combination with others, so we were curious to see how it would present in a West Coast style when it's the only hop on display. This juicy Westie gives off tropical notes of mango and guava with a blast of clean citrus that follows through to the semi-dry finish.

Finally, we have Milton Dew, our 5% sour soda ale that tastes just like the real thing! It's a fun and nostalgic beer that we love making almost as much as you love drinking!

All four of these will be available today at noon on our website and in our Bottle Shop!

We have six releases for you this week - Barrel Aged Blue Moon Bestowed, Triple God of the Guilty, In Ruins, Hallow, Bone Tree and Milton Dew!

Barrel Aged Blue Moon Bestowed is an Imperial Stout aged for 18 months in a single Willett bourbon barrel. This barrel was an absolute standout during a recent barrel tasting so we wanted to release it on its own without any adjuncts. Our brewery name, Third Moon, refers to a blue moon so this is a special one for us. We are releasing it in celebration of the blue moon happening this Sunday! It's bold yet elegant at the same time revealing luscious barrel notes of vanilla, chocolate, burnt brown sugar, leather and oak.

Triple God Of The Guilty is a 10.5% Hazy Triple IPA with Riwaka, Citra and Citra Cryo on top of a thick base of oats and barley. We get bold aromas of passionfruit, tangy grapefruit, zesty lime and stone fruit. The flavour is smooth and lush with intense tropical punch notes. It's juicy and approachable for the ABV with enough bitterness showing to balance the sweetness.

In Ruins is a new 6.5% Hazy IPA we brewed with oats and wheat then hopped with a hot combo of Motueka, Mosaic and Dolcita. In this, we taste notes of orange juice and strawberries with a creamy mouthfeel.

Hallow is a new 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed with oats and wheat and then hopped with the sublime duo of Nelson Sauvin and Superdelic from Freestyle. This beer presents plenty of tropical fruit notes including mango, pineapple and red berry along with hints of white grape and Juicy fruit gum.

Finally, we're restocked on two of our core beers, Bone Tree and Milton Dew!

All six of these will be available today at noon on our website and in our Bottle Shop!

We have four releases for you this week - Double Them, Bones And All, The Ones Who Crawl Away and Moonkist Cream Soda!

Double Them is an 8% Hazy Double IPA brewed with oats and hopped with three of our favourites: Peacharine and Nelson Sauvin from as well as our hand-selected Citra from . It's the first time we've made the Double IPA version of our beloved Them IPA recipe so we hope you enjoy! This is juicy and saturated while also smooth and soft on the palate with notes of mango, apricot and cotton candy.

Bones And All is a brand new 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed with oats and wheat and then hopped with Riwaka, Waimea and our hand-selected Citra. We taste bright notes of creamy papaya, ruby red grapefruit and a touch of sweet lime.

The Ones Who Crawl Away is the 5.2% Hazy Pale Ale version of one of our favourite IPAs - The Ones Who Walk Away. This was brewed with wheat and oats and hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka from . It's smooth and creamy with playful notes of that signature New Zealand spicy citrus. The body is full, the mouthfeel is substantial and the flavour is generous for the style.

Moonkist Cream Soda is the newest release in our 5% Hard Soda Lineup! It's a sweet and creamy treat that drinks like the real thing!

All four of these will be available today at noon on our website and in our Bottle Shop!

Thank you for the unbelievable response to our Anniversary Release last week! The vibes were off the charts and we ran out of a lot of the new beers, so we're keeping things going with four releases this week - Ripped Away, Moonkist Orange, Bone Tree and Rise!

Ripped Away is a brand new 6.5% Hazy IPA we brewed with oats and wheat then hopped with the all-star duo of Peacharine and Riwaka from . It's juicy from the Peacharine and edgy from the Riwaka. We taste huge notes of juicy peaches and rippin' citrus.

Moonkist Orange is the newest release in our Hard Soda Lineup! Moonkist hits all the nostalgic orange soda notes we were craving to welcome the warmer months!

We're also freshly restocked on two of our flagships - Bone Tree and Rise.

Bone Tree is a 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed with oats and hopped exclusively with our hand-selected Citra. Expect massively juicy citrus with an absolutely silky smooth body and low bitterness.

Rise is our beloved 5.2% Hazy Pale Ale that is brewed with a blend of oats and wheat for a full, soft body before getting a big dry hop of Citra, Mosaic and Cashmere. It's the best of all worlds with the big hop saturation of an IPA along with supreme drinkability from the smoother body and lower ABV.

All four of these will be available today at noon on our website and in our Bottle Shop!

We also got some Tin Tackers available for sale! They look amazing, so for the people that have been asking for these for the last six years, we've finally got some!

Sixth Anniversary Drop Part 3

Here are the final beers for our Sixth Anniversary! It has taken a tremendous amount of work from our whole team to bring all of these beautiful beers to life, so please raise a toast to the people who made this possible!

This Thursday, May 7th at noon on our website (taproom + bottle shop open at 2pm) we are releasing:

Barrel Aged German Chocolate Cake Bestowed is a 13.5% Imperial Pastry Stout aged 14 months in a blend of Heaven Hill and Weller bourbon barrels then conditioned on coconut and cacao nibs. This is a coconut bomb that is dripping with chocolate and bourbon-soaked cake. A lingering heat reveals the residual brownie effect. At room temperature, this is layered and decadent. **this bottle will ONLY be available in the mixed packs**

Triple Gordie Mortis is a 10.5% Hazy Triple IPA we made in collaboration with our friends from . We brewed it with oats and then hopped it with a mountain of our hand-selected Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. GLB was a huge inspiration for us before we even started planning Third Moon so it's special to make this beer with them for our 6th birthday. We get notes of blueberry compote, candied pineapple and grapefruit with a dank undertone.

Teeth is an 8% Hazy Double IPA we brewed in collaboration with our friends from . It's brewed with oats and local honey then hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine and Fresh Nelson Cold Pressed Hop Juice from . It's got a deep Nelson backbone displaying notes of funky tropical fruit, fuzzy peaches, white wine skins and a kiss of honey sweetness. The finish is long and reveals more complexity as it warms up.

Double Dry Hopped Bone Tree is a 6.5% IPA brewed with oats and excessively hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo and Citra Hyperboost. For this anniversary staple, we went over the top with the amount of Citra we packed into this. If you like our regular Bone Tree then you are going to love this version with the amped-up citrus and passion fruit notes it delivers!

Sixth Anniversary Drop Part 2

Let's keep the fun rolling! We will be announcing the rest of the beers in this release later today, so check back and make sure you're online right at noon Thursday.

This Thursday, May 7th at noon on our website (taproom + bottle shop open at 2pm) we are releasing:

Si6lings is a 6.6% Hazy IPA we made in collaboration with our brothers and sisters from in celebration of both of our 6th Anniversaries! We both opened our breweries on the exact same day back in 2020 which makes us eternal siblings. We brewed this beer with oats and wheat and then hopped it with Eureka, Chinook and our hand-selected Simcoe. 5e Baron has brewed their own version they're releasing to celebrate. It's got a tight, foamy head that's really pretty in the glass. We taste notes of big, red berries, pink raspberry, Swedish Fish candy, kiwi and a lot of sweet orange.

Barrel Aged Reserve Birthday Bestowed is a 14% Imperial Chocolate Cake Stout that's been aged for 26 months in a single Russel's Reserve bourbon barrel. This beer was created in celebration of our 6th anniversary! The massive barrel character balances the sweetness beautifully. **this bottle will ONLY be available in the mixed packs**

Rest In Hops is a 10.5% Triple IPA brewed with oats and hopped with Peacharine, Motueka and Citra that we brewed in a three-way collab with our friends and from Quebec. This is a milky pour with notes of creamy apricot, papaya and lime zest. It drinks like the ABV is much lower with a super clean finish.

Birthday Bestowed is an 11.9% Imperial Stout with Chocolate Cake, Chocolate, Vanilla and Sprinkles. This year’s version features more cake than ever before and is easily our best one to date. It's indulgent and velvety with layers of rich chocolate yet highly drinkable with that fluffy base stout.

Sixth Anniversary Drop Part 1

This week marks our sixth anniversary and you know that means we've got a massive spread of fun beers to help us celebrate with all of you! We just want to start off with a huge hank you to everyone who has supported us to make us what we are today!

This Thursday, May 7th at noon on our website (taproom + bottle shop open at 2pm) we are releasing:

Sextuple Dry Hopped Quadruple Bone Tree is an 11.9% Hazy Quadruple IPA hopped with an unprecedented amount of Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Hyperboost and Citra Dynaboost. It is absolutely bursting with tropical fruit and citrus notes thanks to the largest dry hop we've ever done!

Café Del Bestowed is an Imperial Stout aged an average of 14 months in Buffalo Trace and Weller barrels that was conditioned on natural Ethiopian coffee made in collaboration with our friends . It's our ode to their Café Del Bastardo which was an inspirational beer we enjoyed years before opening Third Moon. The coffee was roasted by our friends . Expect bourbon-soaked coffee with layers of chocolate and vanilla.

Crown is an 8% Hazy Double IPA brewed with our friends that was hopped with Citra, Peacharine, Waimea and Fresh Waimea Cold Pressed Hop Juice from . It is creamy and tropical with notes of funky papaya and guava. The cold pressed Waimea gives it a big, bright hop punch that smells like rubbing a pile of fresh hops.

Fountain of Endless Life Reserve is an English-style Barleywine aged 28 months in a single 10-year Henry McKenna barrel. It delivers huge notes of bourbon with concentrated, weighty caramel and dark fruit from that single barrel. **this bottle will ONLY be available in the mixed packs**

Super Selected is a 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed with our friends and that was double dry hopped with our selected Citra, Nectaron, Mosaic, Superdelic and Simcoe. It drinks like a massive tropical fruit salad with juicy notes of nectarine, mango, pink starburst.

We're putting the finishing touches on our massive 6th Anniversary release next week but we wouldn't leave you without some fresh releases in the meantime, so today we're releasing Depraver and Coat Of Arms!

Depraver is a 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with . It's been brewed with oats and wheat and was hopped with a juicy combination of Superdelic, Mosaic, Nelson Hyperboost and Citra Dynaboost. This collaboration allowed us the opportunity to really test out how we could integrate liquid hop products into our recipes. Finding the right level is the trick. Ultimately, they drive more aroma and saturated hop flavour without adding bitterness. Our plan going forward is to use these products in certain scenarios and sparingly in addition to T90 pellets as a way of amplifying what we love about each hop variety. This beer drinks like a glass of sunshine with light tropical juice notes including gooseberry, passion fruit and fresh berries.

Coat Of Arms is a 5% ABV Mexican Lager brewed with Pilsner malt and corn and hopped exclusively with Motueka from . This style gives some room for interpretation and we love the vibrance of New Zealand hops. We were thrilled those lime notes really came through in this. It's clean and refreshing with crisp, crackery malts and lime notes from the Motueka hops to quench your thirst.

Both of these will be available today at noon on our website and in our bottle shop!
