This morning the sky preached a sermon before the day even began. A reminder that God’s glory is written across creation.

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.” — Psalm 19:1

Thank You Lord for this new day, for Your faithfulness, and for reminding me that You are always with me.

Grateful for the strength to keep building, keep growing, and keep serving through the food we grow and share.

A quiet bend in the creek, wrapped in snow and winter stillness. The water moves slowly, carrying the calm of the whole farm with it. No noise, no rush, just the soft hush of the season and a sky fading into evening.

Moments like this remind me why life out here feels so good. ❄️🌾

Yesterday morning at 6:42 a.m., I had the quiet privilege of watching this month’s Blood Moon set through the trees. 🌕

Clouds covered the sky during the moonrise on Tuesday, so I missed that moment—but nature gave me another gift at dawn. The moon hung low and golden between the branches before slowly disappearing beyond the horizon.

A Blood Moon occurs during a total lunar eclipse when the Earth moves between the sun and the moon, casting a shadow that turns the moon deep shades of copper and red.

Standing in the stillness of the early morning, it felt like a reminder that even when we miss one moment, another beautiful one may be waiting.

Nature always has another surprise.

Winter’s final chapter.

The fields are still covered in snow, the trees are bare, and the land is resting — but not for long.

As farmers, we know what’s coming next.
Soon the snow will melt, the soil will breathe again, and planting season will begin.

I’m already looking forward to getting my hands back in the soil.

Spring can’t come soon enough. 🌱

Start March with something meaningful.

We were so glad you were with us yesterday for the last day of February. It’s hard to believe the month has already come and gone. Thank you for spending part of your day with us and supporting our little booth. It truly means more than you know.

Now we’re turning the page and welcoming a brand new month. We look forward to seeing you the first Saturday of March. There’s something special about starting a fresh month together at the market.
