Friday Feature: 42-Day Dry-Aged Selection

Welcome back to our Friday Feature, where we highlight one of our premium farm-to-table offerings each week. This week, we’re taking things to the next level with our 42-Day Dry-Aged Selection.

Featuring:

* Tenderloins
* Prime Rib Steaks
* Strip Loins
* Steakhouse Quality Burgers

What is dry-aging?
Dry-aging is a process where beef is carefully aged in a controlled environment for 42 days, allowing natural enzymes to break down the muscle fibres while moisture slowly evaporates. The result? Enhanced tenderness and a deeper, richer beef flavour you simply can’t replicate any other way.

Flavour profile:
Bold, buttery, nutty, and intensely beefy. Dry-aged beef delivers steakhouse-quality flavour with exceptional tenderness and a rich finish in every bite.

How to Cook It:
Keep it simple and let the flavour shine. Whether grilling, reverse-searing, or pan-searing, these cuts are best cooked to medium-rare or medium with just salt, pepper, and a little butter.

Why You’ll Love It:
This is premium beef at its finest. From melt-in-your-mouth tenderloins to richly marbled prime rib steaks and next-level burgers, our dry-aged lineup is crafted for true beef lovers looking for an unforgettable dining experience at home.

Farm-raised. Expertly aged. Steakhouse quality.
Some of our 42-day dry-aged products are available now, with the full selection coming soon—check out our online shop to see what’s available!
