Sometimes the hardest decisions are the ones made out of love. After a couple of missed pregnancies with Kya, it became clear that breeding wasn't her path.
She has officially moved into her happily-ever-after with the most wonderful person, where she is soaking up every second of being the spoiled center of attention.
While my heart is so full knowing she’s thriving, I miss her like crazy. Here’s to the dogs who teach us that love sometimes means letting them go where they can shine the brightest, even if it leaves a little gap in our own daily lives. We love you, sweet girl! Can't wait to see you again at the Haven ✨🦋🍄🪻

Meet Banks! With all the business of the last week, we forgot to officially welcome Banks on here. Banks arrived last Sunday for a 4-6 week Life Skills board and train program while his family is making a big move and in a short term rental. They made the fantastic decision to send Banks to camp where he can hike and play, as well as brush up on all his obedience and manners. Banks has settled right into the flow of the Haven and is having a blast! Banks was bred by Coveyhill Golden Retrievers and Cheer Kennels Golden Retrievers and is the brother to little Remy we had in the program last year! Welcome Banks 🐾🌲

Happy 1st Birthday to Fern and all her siblings from the Sunshine ☀️ Litter! (Arthur x Latte) Fern is a big goofy girl with the sweetest personality. Every little critter is her friend, but she doesn't know how big she is and has the coordination of an elephant 🤣 but that's ok, we still love her!! To celebrate, Fern will be in her first conformation show this week alongside her bff Violet 💞

Some exciting new additions here at Maplelane Haven! 🌲✨ Our custom chicken palace and outdoor run are officially complete, and these cuties have moved right in. Can't wait for farm fresh organic eggs soon! 🥚🐓 The dogs and cats have been enjoying watching chicken TV 😆
