🍷 Not all wine kits are created equal! 🍷

One of the questions we hear most often is, "What's the difference between the wine levels?"

The biggest differences are the amount of grape juice concentrate used, the time it takes to make, and the complexity of the finished wine.

🍷 Easy Drinking Wines
Our quickest wines, ready in about 4 weeks. Great for everyday enjoyment and fantastic value.

🍷 Mid-Level Wines
As you move up, you'll notice more concentrated juice and, in many kits, additions like grape skins or oak that create richer flavours and more body.

🍷 Premium Wines
Higher-end kits contain even more concentrated juice—up to 14 litres—producing wines with greater depth, character, and aging potential.

⏳ Patience Pays Off
As quality increases, so does the production time, ranging from 4 weeks to approximately 12 weeks.

A little tip... 🍷
If you bottle your wine the day it's ready, it may taste young or a little bitter. That's perfectly normal! Just like many commercial wines, it continues to improve after bottling.
The higher the wine level, the more rewarding a little extra aging can be.

Of course... if you prefer a little "trunk aging" on the drive home, we won't judge! 😉
