Harvested fresh every Monday & Thursday and grown right here at Killara Station.

Unlike many store-bought greens that may travel for days before reaching the shelf, our salad mix goes from garden to your table quickly, helping retain flavour, texture, and nutrients while staying fresher longer.

Stored properly, our greens can stay fresh for up to 3 weeks in the fridge.

Our latest batch of meat chickens has been raised the way nature intended — outdoors on fresh pasture with plenty of sunshine, fresh air, room to roam, and access to natural forage.

At Fresh at Killara Station, we believe healthy birds produce better tasting food. Our chickens are raised with care, respect, and a commitment to sustainable farming practices right here in Haliburton County.

Gotta love me some lovage! VOLUNTEERS, we’ll be in the garden again Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week. 9:30am to 3pm. Come anytime. Stay as long as you’d like.

We’ll be weeding the north side of the herb garden (bring a gardening fork if you have one) and giving some love to our raspberries, strawberries, and squash beds. See you there!
