Looser Standards is the same hefeweizen base as our beloved 'Loose Standards' though this one is moved to secondary on top of peaches and apricots where it sits quietly with a blend of wild yeasts and souring bacteria. This one has a late oolong tea addition and a subtle motueka dryhop a few weeks before bottling.

Long awaited return of Loose standards, a hefeweizen base beer aged on cranberries, concord grapes and meyer lemon with a blend of bretts and souring bacteria.

The first batch brewed in late 2015, this one quickly became a flagship here. With a few subtle tweaks over the years, it remains one of our favorites. Last released in 2022, we're excited to be bringing it back once again!

Multigrain is a saison base with barley, wheat, rye, spelt and oat. This new one was aged on a small amount of elderflowers picked off of our 2 year old elder bushes. After that, a small amount of gorilla pepper was introduced before it sat for another month.

We also still have a bit of the same base aged on dandelion and luxury strawberry.
