We would like to update our costumer base for the 2026 season.

We will be open this season but at a much reduced capacity. As we are just a husband and wife team, we have a busy 19 month old and we are expecting another this September!

Our farmstand will not be open as frequently. We will be posting over the season what we do have available for pick up at the farmstand. We are growing more easy maintenance crops this season such as carrots and beets.

Unfortunately due to how time laboring it is to harvest yellow bush beans we decided not to grow them this year. We are growing some pole beans which are easier to harvest (and in our opinion taste just as great as yellow bush beans!)

Thank you for understanding :)

Our garlic scapes are ready for harvest! These are the edible flower stalks of garlic plants. They have a mild garlicky flavor and have many culinary uses.
They can be chopped up and added to soups, stews, and stir-fries. Our favorite use is making garlic scape pesto (which is a great substitute for pizza sauce!). They can also be dehydrated and made into a garlic powder. They can be fermented and they freeze well to be used at a later time.

We are selling bundles of 12 scapes for $4. If interested please message us and we can arrange for pick up at our farmstand.
This culinary treat is only available for a short time!
