Grow flowers. Notice sunsets. Make things with your hands.

Add a little more color to ordinary days. 🌸

WOW. What a weekend. ✨

I honestly don’t even know where to start.

A huge thank you to Nancy and everyone at Mission Arts Council for creating such a beautiful event and for giving me the opportunity to be part of it.

You didn’t just organize a festival. You created this little world for a weekend — filled with imagination, creativity, music, costumes, laughter and people simply having fun together. Walking around and seeing how much thought and work went into every little part of it was pretty incredible.

I came with my little booth, my dried flowers and all the things I had been creating. It was the biggest display of my work I’ve ever put together, and seeing it all there in one place was a pretty special feeling. So many things I had grown, dried, made and created, all together for people to see, enjoy, and choose something to take home with them. I’m incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to share so much of my work in one place.

And to everyone who stopped by, talked with me, admired my work, followed along or took one of my creations home with you — thank you. Truly. 🌿

My heart is very full after this weekend.

Nancy, Mission Arts Council, volunteers, performers, vendors and everyone behind the scenes — you created something really special for Mission.

Thank you for letting me be a tiny part of the magic. ✨

Only a few more days until the Renaissance Festival in Mission! 🌿✨

I’m so excited to be part of this beautiful event filled with magic, creativity, and a little step back in time.

I’ve been creating, crafting, and preparing for weeks… and I can’t wait to finally put it all together. 🌸

Okay, it’s time to get serious about the Renaissance Festival. 😎

Mission Renaissance Faire

Building, testing, rearranging… and apparently adding cedar logs to my market setup because a regular tent just isn’t whimsical enough. 😂🌿

I’m trying to make it feel a little less “farmers market” and a little more “you’ve wandered into a flower merchant’s tent somewhere in the Renaissance.”

What do you think?

Next problem: figuring out how all of this is getting there in my little Mazda. 😂
