taco night! 4 meat dishes - Chorizo/steak/bacon on the Discada, smoked and braised beef, pork shoulder & chicken thighs, a couple of salsas, fresh corn & flour tortillas, mexican street corn, a salad & rice - food for about 20 guests - and probably enough meat for a couple more days 😂 (but we did go through 70 tortillas)
