While Fire Spot has made its premiere in 2023, this labour of sweet love has been a lifetime in the making. The Zaman family has over 20 years of experience in the dessert industry and has finally branched out to create their own franchise, allowing them to play by their own rules and add their own unique touch of fusing both western classics and modern twists on traditional South Asian sweets.
