🍗✨ ONE PAN. BIG COMFORT. ✨🍗
Chicken Orzo is the weeknight culinary hero you didn’t know you needed.

Tender chicken, garlicky mushrooms, sweet carrots and orzo pasta all simmer together into a creamy, cozy skillet that tastes like way more effort than it actually takes. Mmmmmm!

Ingredients
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
• 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, each
• 2 cups cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
• 1/2 medium onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 can CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
• 2 1/2 cups Campbell's® Ready to Use Chicken Broth with White Wine
• 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta
• 1 cup shredded carrots

Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, season chicken and cook until well browned, about 3 minutes per side. Push to side of pan and add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Cook and stir for 4 minutes until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
2. Add broth and soup to skillet and whisk to combine, then add orzo and carrots. Mix well and bring to a boil stirring often to prevent sticking to the bottom of pan. Reduce heat.
3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until orzo is al dente, stirring occasionally.
4. Add tomato and stir to combine. Serve garnished with basil strips and pepper.

Easy Butter Chicken, Minimal Cleanup 🍛

If you’re craving butter chicken but don’t want to order take-out, this One-Pan Creamy Butter Chicken & Spinach comes together fast and keeps clean-up simple.

Ingredients
• 1 can Campbell’s® NEW Condensed Butter Chicken Soup
• 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1in cubes
• 1 medium onion, diced, about 1/2 cup
• 2 cups cauliflower, diced small
• 2 cups baby spinach
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 lime for finishing, if desired

Directions
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Using a large, deep skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 mins, browning on all sides, remove chicken from pan, set aside.
2. Add remaining ½ tbsp oil to the hot pan, add the onions and cauliflower and sauté for 4 mins until softened.
3. Add in the condensed butter chicken soup, the sautéed chicken pieces, with any juices, and stir well to combine.
4. Top with the baby spinach, cover with a lid and reduce heat to low and bring to a simmer until chicken is cooked through, and spinach is wilted, about 5 mins.
5. Stir well and serve with basmati rice and warm naan bread for dipping! 😋

🍔 Happy National Hamburger Day! 🍔

If there’s ever a day for a crave-inducing burger, this is it, with a little surprise inside. 🧀

Deluxe Cheese-Stuffed Burgers

Ingredients
• 2 1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
• 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp onion salt
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)
• 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 can CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Cream of Bacon Soup
• 10 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Directions
1. Mix beef with 1 cup of the bread crumbs, egg, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Shape into 20 1/4-inch thick patties.
2. Combine half of the soup, 3/4 cup of cheese and remaining bread crumbs. Spoon onto centres of 10 patties. Top each with second patty, carefully pinching edges and any cracks together to seal. Cover loosely & refrigerate 15 mins.
3. Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium heat. Grill, covered, 7 mins per side until cooked through (170°F). Spoon remaining soup onto patties; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Close lid and grill 1 min until cheese is melted. Serve burgers in buns with your favourite burger toppings.

The result: a melty centre, a creamy top and a burger that is simply perfect for this special day 🍔🔥

Mother's Day brunch without the morning chaos? Yes please 🙌
This Easy Overnight Sausage Brunch Bake is the ultimate "make it tonight, wake up a star" move. Layers of bread, sausage, spinach, and cheese all tied together with eggs and cream of celery soup — assemble it in minutes, let the fridge do the work overnight, and just pop it in the oven when you wake up.
Mom gets a hot, cheesy, from-scratch brunch. You get to spend the morning actually hanging out with her instead of stuck in the kitchen. 💛

Ingredients
• 12 oz fully cooked breakfast sausages, thawed and sliced
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 package (5 oz/142 g) baby spinach
• 10 cups cubed day-old bread
• 5 medium egg, lightly beaten
• 1 can Campbell’s® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Celery Soup
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil

Directions
1. Cook breakfast sausages and chopped onions in skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until browned. Add minced garlic and baby spinach. Cover and cook 1 minute, or until spinach is wilted.
2. In large bowl, combine cubed day-old bread, lightly beaten medium eggs, Campbell’s® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Celery Soup, shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped fresh basil and sausage mixture. Mix well. Scrape into greased 2.5 qt (2.35 L) baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (or up to 24 hours).
3. Heat oven to 375°F. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted in centre comes out clean.

Layers on layers on layers 😍
This Cheesy Beef Lasagna is stacked with saucy beef, three cheeses and serious dinner time excitement.


Meat Sauce:
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 2 cups onion, chopped
• 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 3 lb lean ground beef
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 3 cans CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Tomato Basil & Oregano Soup
• 3 cups CAMPBELL’S® No Salt Added Ready to Use Beef Broth

Cheese Mixture:
• 4 cups light ricotta cheese
• 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 eggs
• 12 oven ready lasagna noodles (uncooked)
• 1 tsp black pepper

Directions
1. Heat oil in a large stock pot over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables caramelize.
2. Add the garlic and ground beef and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes or until the beef is well browned. Add the chili powder and continue to sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add the soup and cook for 5 minutes. Add broth and continue to cook for 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl,combine ricotta cheese,half of the mozzarella cheese,eggs and black pepper. Mix Well.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread 2 cups of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9” x 13” pan. Layer 4 lasagna noodles on top,overlapping noodles slightly to cover the bottom.
6. Spread half of the cheese mixture over noodles. Layer with 2 ½ cups of meat sauce and 4 lasagna noodles.
7. Spread the remaining cheese mixture on top of the second layer of noodles,layer with 2 ½ cups of meat sauce and 4 lasagna noodles.
8. Spread the remaining meat sauce on lasagna noodles,top with parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella cheese.
9. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 375°F.
10. Uncover and continue to bake for 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
