Packed with chicken shawarma, topped with creamy garlic sauce, hot sauce, pickles, and melting mozzarella. Finished with a crunchy, red-hot coating for the perfect spicy bite.

Visited Kolachi Inn for a Karachi-style breakfast experience, and it exceeded expectations 👏🏼.

🌟 One of the better halwa puri servings I've had in town. Good flavor, felt very light to eat (not too greasy), and overall reasonable combo pricings 💯.

🗺️ Located in the heart of Mississauga at Tomken-Eglinton, very convenient location.

🍽️ We ordered the $16.99 Special Platter that included:

🥩 Dum keema
🍛 Channa Cholay & Aalu Sabzi
🍮 Suji Halwa
🫓 2 Puris
☕ 1 Doodh-pati Chai.

Very good servings, we ended up ordering three platters in total and some 3 extra puris beyond the 6 included the platters 😅.

🗓️ Halwa Puri Breakfast timings:

🕒 Weekdays - Served ALL DAY, ALL HOURS, from opening to close. This is amazing, you can literally walk-in to have halwa puri at 7 pm 😱.

🕒 Weekends - Served 10 AM to 2 PM.

(🛑 note: cafe is closed on Wednesdays, check timings on Google Maps)

Visted Royal Jasmine for the first time since..January 2025 (almost 19 months 😱). And pretty much ordered the same items as our visit 19 months ago, still the same great kick a** food.

🎦 Featured:

🔥🐔🌶️ General Tao's Chicken Sizzler.
Tender pieces of fried chicken tossed with garlic, green onions, and dry red chilies, coated in a delicately sweet and savory hoisin-based sauce. Served with white rice.

It's sweet, it's spicy, and it's HOT!

🥩🥘🌶️ Spicy Szechuan Fried Rice (beef).
Fragrant fried rice wok-tossed with chopped onions, scallions, diced carrots, sweet peppers, and fresh green peas, all infused with a bold and spicy szechuan pepper sauce.

A vibrant rice item that pairs well with any of the main sizzlers.

Our current number 1 favorite chicken sandwich in town, from the exotic flavors to the perfect crunch, it gets everything right 🤩

📸 2: Beefy burgers with a side of chicken items. Because they've got some of the best chicken tenders and sandwiches around these parts, which come in both the OG flavored and Nashville spicy versions.

📸 3: 🍔🥓 The Gladiator. 100% Canadian fresh Prime beef, cheese, beef bacon, Gladiator sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. And as always I add extra jalapenos for the zing 🔥

📸 4: 🐔🍟🥒 The Arena.

3 Large crisp-fried chicken tenders (Regular OR Spicy), fries, and a side of Chipotle aioli and hot sauces.

In my humble opinion as a long time food, these are the only "tenders" that live up to their name, as they are extremely soft, juicy, and melt-in-mouth considering its fibrous chicken. And they are still super crisp on the outside with that flavorsome batter 🤩.

One moment you're sitting at home in your pjs at 4 pm, and 20 mins later you are having samosa at the lake..🤷🏻‍♂️

📸 2: 🇨🇦 🏞️ JC Saddington Park. 7 years I've lived in Mississauga, and have visited all parks around Lakeshore multiple times, but never visited JC even once 🙊. This was the first time 😅. Decent picnic area.

This cafe has always been among our top 3 places to get Karachi-style biryani, and Mississauga now has not one, but two locations for us to enjoy it!

Heavy aroma, strong spices, and inclusion of potatoes = you'll find authentic flavors of Karachi in their biryani servings.

Plus the new location has an expanded menu that includes BBQ items and Karahis, which means there's a lot more to explore!

A very hearty, loaded box for $25. Includes:

Juicy beef patty on a soft slider broiche bun, topped with American cheese, pickles, sautéed onions, garlic sauce, and their signature house sauce.

As good as any top cheeseburger out there, great stuff 💯

Battered, deep fried mozzarella bars, dunk in a sauce of your choice. We chose the Honey BBQ flavor, the most popular version.

📸 2: 🍔🥩 Smoked Beef Brisket Slider, in all its glory. No exaggeration, this is only the second item from all the new spots we've tried this year that's earned an instant revisit 👏🏼

We've had brisket burgers and sliders from plenty of places, but this one genuinely stood out. From the rich, smoky flavour and perfectly tender brisket to the generous portion and great value, it delivered on every level 🤤🔥

This is the item we'd go back for without a second thought 💯

You get 3 smoked beef brisket sliders stuffed with coleslaw, Swiss cheese, and garlic sauce, with a generous side of waffle fries. More filling than burger combos elsewhere that cost more 😉
