Penny Lou Lou Sweets and Treats offers a very unique Hong Kong style Bubble Cake, which also goes by the name of Gei Dan Jai, or Eggettes. It is commonly sold by street vendors in Hong Kong as a sweet finger snack that is easy to eat “on the go”. The outer shell is crispy, golden-brown, the center is soft and chewy, and each ellipsoid piece can be broken off and eaten or dipped. Bubble cakes are t

ypically enjoyed ‘plain’ however, we will provide extra toppings as a choice (Nutella/caramel). Although the bubble cakes are usually enjoyed plain, there will be a small selection of ice cream to create a hybrid ice cream sandwich. All ingredients and produce will be fresh and each bubble cake will be made a la minute. Penny Lou Lou Sweets & Treats is an environmentally responsible company. We only use biodegradable/recycable supplies, we recycle, and we use a green bin for organic waste collection. FESTIVAL BOOKINGS:

Night It Up! Has been absolutely CRAZY! We are running on 5.5 hours of sleep for the past 2 days! Today is the LAST DAY to indulge in our bubble cakes, waffle dogs, and waffle chocolate bars (1/2 twix 1/2 mars, waffle covered, with ice cream and a coconut coffee sauce)!!!!
