🥪 Sandwich meat WITHOUT the junk!!

Leberkäse (pronounced LAY-ber-kay-zeh) is a traditional Swiss style meatloaf. Despite the name translating to "liver cheese," don't worry, it contains neither!

Made from whole cuts of pork and beef and seasoned with our own house made spice blend, it's mild in flavour, incredibly versatile, and perfect for sandwiches without the preservatives, fillers, or chemicals!!

Traditionally, it's pan fried on both sides with an egg cooked right in the middle then served on warm bread or a fresh bun. Simple and delicious.

Pick yours up at the Market this Saturday! For maximum freshness, we recommend keeping it wrapped in the brown paper, up to a week in the fridge!

Made from whole cuts of pork and beef, a spice recipe we mix ourselves and absolutely ZERO preservatives!

Besides starring in our sell out donair kits, our popular donair meat can be purchased pre sliced and in whatever amount you’d like at the Moncton and Fredericton Markets. Wrapped in brown paper and sealed with the staple sausage sticker!

Don’t sleep on this (or sleep in) Saturday morning! It goes fast.
