A Little Hobby, Made With Love

One of my favorite little hobbies lately is making custom cakes. Each flower on this cake was piped by hand, one by one, with buttercream.

There’s something so relaxing and rewarding about watching a simple cake slowly turn into a little garden of flowers.

Made fresh, rolled by hand, and fried to that golden, crispy perfection — just the way we remember it from Vietnam.

We’re always looking for the right ingredients to bring that authentic Vietnamese flavour to Bánh Mì Bready, from the delicate savoury filling, wood-ear mushrooms, glass noodles, vegetables and traditional seasonings.
