Not everything is about pizza for this Pizza Guy.

I made this charcuterie board to celebrate moving into our new home. I truly believe special moments deserve to be celebrated 🏠❤️

While enjoying it, we had an idea… maybe something like this could be a nice addition before our Pizza Parties begin.

We come to your location, set up our oven, and prepare fresh pizzas throughout the event, right there for you and your guests.

You choose the flavours, we take care of the rest.

Fresh pizza, good moments, and friends around the table.

You host. We bring the pizza! 🍕

Some celebrations are extra special because they bring together two of the things we love most: family and food. ❤️🍕

It was such a pleasure to receive Arlene’s invitation to be part of Laura and Aaron’s pre-wedding celebration. From the moment we arrived, we could feel how much love surrounded them. And, of course, the pizzas had a very important touch from the bride herself! Laura chose the flavours for the evening, including her special favourite: BBQ Chicken Pizza. 🍗🔥🍕

There is something truly meaningful about cooking while families gather around, laugh, share stories, and celebrate together. For us, this is what makes these events so special. Laura and Aaron, thank you for allowing us to be part of such a unique and magical moment.

We wish you both a lifetime filled with love, happiness, great memories… and, of course, plenty of good pizza! ❤️🍕💍

Easter weekend started on the road.

Friday I drove out to Targettville for Melissa's birthday. Same Airbnb where I had cooked before for . I’ll be honest, though. I was a little nervous for this one. The day before there was talk about freezing rain, but Melissa told me they had the place for just one night and it was her birthday. So I packed the oven, said a quick prayer, and went. I just couldn't leave them hungry.

When I got there, the energy was already high. Drinks flowing, music going. They ate… but not as much as I'm used to see. For the first time in a while, I had to do something I usually don’t do. Leave some pizzas for later. Because I know carbs and fat doing their job the next morning, sucking up all the alcohol. They thanked me the day after.

Saturday was a different vibe. Second catering for . Smaller group, around 12 people. More intimate, slower pace. At some point they even offered me a bodybuilding apron. If I didn’t eat so much pizza, maybe I’d have that six pack.

Busy weekend. Good people. Good food. Good Easter Weekend.
