Rich in easily absorbed oxygen, the pure hyper-oxygenated and restructured water used in crafting DIRTY DEVIL VODKA is the result of several years of research and development. Thanks to this unique, patented process, a stabilized and structured oxygen content of over 53 ppm is achieved. By creating and maintaining a high, stable level of oxygen in the water, its vital properties are reinforced, maximizing the benefits of oxygenation. This water contains at least 5x the ppm of oxygen found in flat water. By pressurizing the water through a plasma reactor with a high incorporation of dissolved and fixed oxygen, the molecular structure of the water is permanently modified, resulting in water that is pure, oxygenated, and revitalized. When the water is blended with alcohol to create vodka, it results in a beverage with a rich, crisp, opulent, and long-lasting taste—unquestionably the best vodka in the world. François Tremblay can be described as a restless entrepreneur. His interest in business creation has always focused on discovery and uniqueness above all else. He turned his attention toward a vision for spirits in general, and vodka in particular. He told his business partners: "I want to create a vodka brand with a playful twist to differentiate myself and compete with the best shelf brands. It needs to be different, and that difference must be meaningful. It has to have character." Fast forward a few weeks. François shared his thoughts with a friend who is a food and beverage specialist and renowned distiller. His friend was incredibly excited. He had just met a scientist who presented a patent to create an entirely new category by blending spirits with purified, hyper-oxygenated water. He called it P-HOW. An interesting idea, but what impact would it have on the spirit? A test batch was developed, and a tasting among friends was organized. They sipped in silence, then looked at each other in disbelief. "What on earth is this?" one of them said. They couldn't believe what they had just tasted. The hyper-oxygenation process provided an unprecedented smoothness. Its mouthfeel, purity, and refreshing finish made it different from any vodka any of them had ever tasted before. François simply smiled. He looked at the beverage scientist/distiller, took another sip, and said, "Dirty little devil, this is incredible." His friend looked at him and replied, "You just named the brand."
