Tonight we had Halibut with Beurre Blanc sauce with a side of basmati rice and steamed bok choy. The halibut was a gift from our fabulous neighbour who fishes for lobster and halibut in PEI. So delicious.
We (Joanne and Michele) are like "two peas in a pod" as we have a great many shared interests, e.g. We hope you enjoy it!
