Charlie (Vuzarma) and Jet (Waltzalina), two of our original broodmares, have been laid to rest.
Through the many foals they produced (Jet carried 16 foals!), they brought immeasurable joy not only to our lives, but also to the lives of countless owners, riders, and families who were fortunate enough to know their offspring.
Their foals carried forward the qualities that made Charlie and Jet so special - the intelligence, the drive and the spooks😂. The impact of these mares extends far beyond our farm and can be seen in the horses they left behind and the happiness those horses continue to bring to others.
Thank you, Charlie and Jet, for everything you gave us. You were the foundation of our program, and your influence will be felt for many years to come.
Rest peacefully, girls. The green hills of New Perth, Prince Edward Island will never forget you. ❤️
