Spring is finally here so I made the greenest pasta possible 🌱

Went to Milano for a few things and left with prosciutto & mushroom ravioli, parmigiano, olive oil, and obviously way more than I planned on getting 😭

Made a super simple pea + ricotta sauce, topped it with crispy prosciutto, lemon zest, black pepper, and had it with my favourite Italian soda on the side. Honestly the perfect spring dinner!!
