The Ultimate Vegan Cheese 🌱

Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup potato 🥔
1 cup carrot 🥕
¼ Onion 🧅
2 cups water 💦
⅓ cup oil 🛢️
½ tsp Turmeric
½ cup Nutritional yeast
1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

½ cup Hot Peppers (Optional - Spice Lover's)

Preparation

Boil potatoes carrots & onions until tender

Add all ingredients to blender

Blend until smooth
