A few weeks ago, I received a sizeable order. I was asked to make a pelau for one of their out of town guests. It was my first time, so Mummy talked my through it. It came out nicely! 🙏🏾☺️

A couple of weeks ago I was in Alberta, & I COOKED! I made oxtail, stew chicken, macaroni pies, curry chicken, jerk chicken, and I think that’s it… Lol. I was too busy to stop & take pics/videos. But if you know, you KNOW. It was a pleasure to cook for everyone. Until next time… 🙏🏾☺️
