Low and slow cooked baby back ribs with a County Fare Peach Habanero / Original BBQ sauce, and some roasted potatoes all seasoned up, on a bed of mozzerella and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. When you've got a bunch of leftovers from a party you have to be creative in how you pass them off to the family. I had a bunch of sausage & peppers and pizza dough left over and thought hey, what about a sausage & peppers pizza. Man an I super glad I did. It was absolutely delicious!
