We have catered affairs that have included intimate dinners for two to charitable fundraisers for 750. Our philosophy is the use of a healthy market style cuisine with classical ethnic variations. We may mix and meld ingredients and techniques, predominately French, Mediterranean and Asian, to create whimsical interpretations on classic items. The market approach can be defined as - the use of the

best local produce at the peak of ripeness and freshness. We are a company that focuses on the differences in the world and the unique and interesting times in which we now live and our menus are developed with that belief in mind. With our philosophy on healthy market cuisine, comes the division of our menu into seasonal variations dependent on the availability of products and product quality. Some produce, and hence certain menu items may not be available year round. But, we guarantee to use the best produce and the most suitable techniques to gain the most out of the seasonal food items around us. Our goal is to provide to provide a healthy gourmet meal in the most sustainable fashion possible. We distinguish ourselves with attention to food quality and service with friendly and efficient staff.
