🍪 Did you know up to 98% of consumers read online reviews before purchasing?! Let me be vulnerable here, it's h-a-r-d to get reviews as a small business 🥹 but when my cute lil' bakery gets a 5-star recommendation or a tag in a local Facebook group, it has a HUGE impact on my orders!
