Our plant-based frittata is made with chickpea flour and sun-kissed veggies, creating a sunny Mediterranean dish from upcycled Canadian veggies. Taste-wise, it’s maybe our best recipe to date according to our team.

Pro tip from our Marseille-born chef to prepare this dish with the utmost success: “Mets de l’huile !”
