2023 Future Sauvignon Blanc - creamy Chardonnay esque cut through with a refreshing acidity. Delicious now, and will age nicely!

Calipso is Grechetto, Malvasia di Candia, and Trebbiano Toscano from 3 different parcels (2 are 50, the other 10 years old) grown in the umbrian palmetta method. Picked end of September, and aged in steel. As per usual, no filtering, stabilization or SO2 added. Complex and with aging potential, notes from the winemaker of yellow stone fruit, dried fruit, and some savory backbone. Available in cases of 6, get in touch!
