Our garlic is coming along nicely: healthy and strong and soaking up that sunlight. We're expecting our garlic scapes to be ready in a few weeks, with the garlic on track for the end of July. Delicious cooking lies ahead!

Planting is continuing this week on the Jardin Street farm, with lots still to do. In this picture, you can see that we are using biodegradable burlap rather than plastic for our w**d suppression, allowing for a more natural method of keeping w**ds out.

With winter setting in, we've had the last of our pop-ups for this year, and we're looking ahead to next year. We still have some of our homegrown garlic and potatoes up for grabs - the very last of our produce for this year.
