Farm Hand – Poultry Egg Farm (Full-Time, Competitive Pay & Benefits)
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking farm hand to join our poultry egg farm. This is a full-time position offering steady work, competitive pay, and additional benefits based on individual needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Care for laying hens, including feeding, watering, and monitoring their health.
• Machine collect eggs, thorough walk through of barns.
• Maintain cleanliness in barns and work areas to ensure biosecurity and animal well-being.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment (manure conveyors, feeders, egg belts, etc.)
• Complete general farm tasks such as mowing, whipper snipping, plowing, etc.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in poultry or farm work is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in dusty environments and perform physical labor (Sweeping, continuous walking, lifting cases of eggs approx. 30 pounds.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow biosecurity and safety protocols.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience and additional compensation options.
• Additional benefits and perks can be discussed based on individual needs.
