Great Day Out with Atlas-Apex Roofing for a big Family Fair where our Funky Fork Culinary Co. team got to provide friendly smiles and tasty food at multiple live stations! Thanks to Bondi Produce and Specialty Foods Rowe Beef Co. Gordon Food Service Canada for providing the ingredients to make our guests happy. Our sister company Bass Lake Roadhouse provided an amazing piece of equipment, the Black Betty , where we had Chef Matthew Bilinski operate as our pit master

Here we have Executive Sous Chef Kevin Dupuis manning our custom interactive pizza station where the team decided alongside our clients to hold dockside. Having our mobile cooking units and being able to customize to the needs of your events, we are able to showcase our culinary creativity!

That's right—every batch of pasta we serve at Funky Fork and The Landing @ Bass Lake is made fresh in-house using our own proprietary milled semolina. We use 100% semolina and fresh eggs, creating pasta that's simple, authentic, and full of flavour.
