Come on out for a weekend of live music at the cidery. Dasy Daye is playing on Saturday August 8 and MayFire on Sunday August 9, both days 2:00-4:00pm. Try a cider slushie or one of our classic dry ciders to go along with a plate of nachos. Kid-friendly slushies are also available at the food truck.

Single Varietal! Ellis Bitter, as the name suggests, is a very bitter apple. It’s also an incredibly aromatic apple which tends to make fantastic cider. Usually cider apples are blended so that one characteristic of the apple doesn’t overpower the cider. I wanted to see if we could get a bit of those beautiful aromatics and give it enough time that the bitterness would mellow out. I think we’ve achieved it. We only have one keg of this gem and will be pouring it this weekend and next at the Cidery. Come try glass. Enjoy some live music and grab some food at the Food Truck. Cheers!
