One my favorite ways to cook chicken, the spatchcock. Rocked our TX Sweet rub along with Praire smoke's Sweet and Tangy rub and Bbq'd this bird up in the Drumbo tonight, she came out juicey and punched full of flavour. Definitely be cooking one these up again very soon.

A tad late on the post but some pies and cornbread from thanksgiving.
Smoked pecan pie was my favorite but the cornbread with the honey butter on top was a close 2nd.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! This year I did up a deep fried bird and then threw a spiral ham on the smoker.
Coated that ham in a nice coating of cherry rub. Coated it with a Cherry Dr Pepper glaze. Could really taste the cherry in it.
The turkey was a big hit and came out very juicey with some of the crispiet skin I've ever had.
What does everyone cook up for thanksgiving, is it the classic turkey, maybe the ham or splurge on a nice cut of prime rib? Let us know in the comments.

This is from a few nights over the last week, did some turkey thighs using Canadian swagger and our own test run of SPG. Also used the last of my white sauce batch on some wings made with a mix of APHot and TX Sweet. All smoked over apple/hickory pellets. Can't forget my personal favorite beer 90cal light!

IT'S FIGHT NIGHT!! To start off we got the UFC Noche card of Diego lopes vs Jean Silva then to follow that up with Canelo vs. Crawford!! Some big fights ahead.

For a Big day of fights ahead I cooked up a couple brisket points and whipped up some tacos. Smoked brisket topped with a fresh pico de gallo topped with a Chipotle sour cream and cilantro.

Does anyone got any predictions on the fights? Anyone got any favorite's? Comment and let us know.
