I FINALLY DID IT!!
Six years ago when those volleyball moms asked if they could PAY ME to make my chocolate chip granola bars for their families, it took me a while to take them seriously. But once I did, I had a goal to one day make a Nansimo Bar version and get listed on Tourism Nanaimo’s THE NANAIMO BAR TRAIL. It’s a list of stores, restaurants, pubs, etc that make or sell anything ‘Nanaimo Bar’.
I celebrated 5 years in business last February by launching MY version of a Nanamio Bar, and since it’s now out-selling the long-standing top-seller, Cranberry Lemon Deluxe (!), I figured it has earned it’s place 🤩
