We’re still waiting for our website to be finished, but in the meantime you can place an order by sending us a message right here on Facebook.

We do have a limited amount of stock ready to go now, and we can also arrange pickup at Roberts Street Pizza in Ladysmith, where they have some Yellow House Food Co. stock available as well. They may also have some Mizu Real Fruit Ice Cream pints left ;)

Our frozen meals are $15.25 each and they are big portions. Current options include:

Butter Chicken with Rice and Peas
Hawaiian Meatballs with Rice, Peppers and Pineapple
Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables

We’ll be adding more meals as we go, so make sure to follow us for updates.

Our 12" frozen take and bake pizzas are:

Canadian $24
Hawaiian $20
Pepperoni $18
Cheese and Cheddar $17

There is no tax on frozen items.

Delivery is available to Nanaimo and Parksville on Thursday and Friday, and to Ladysmith, Chemainus and Lake Cowichan on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

All delivery orders must be placed by the Tuesday prior.

Delivery is $2.50, or free on orders over $75.

We also have a freezer-equipped delivery vehicle, so your frozen meals and pizzas stay properly frozen right to your door.

Retail, wholesale and fundraising pricing is also available, along with hot lunch programs through our three pizza stores.

Everything is made in a VIHA-approved kitchen, we are fully insured, and our frozen take and bake pizzas have CFIA-compliant labels.

Yellow House Food Co. is from the same owners as Roberts Street Pizza and Little Town Pizza in Ladysmith, Chemainus and Lake Cowichan, serving Vancouver Island since 1997.

Yellow House Food Co. is almost ready to get rolling, and before our full website, menu and regular delivery schedule go live, we have a small batch of frozen meals ready to go!

Here are 3 of the frozen meals we’ll be offering:

Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, vegetables and gravy
Hawaiian Meatballs with rice, peppers, pineapple and sweet & sour sauce
Butter Chicken with rice and peas

All meals are $15.25 each.

For this first batch, we only have 15 of each meal available, so quantities are limited.

We’ll be offering delivery to Ladysmith and Chemainus Monday through Wednesday this week using our own in-house drivers.

Orders will need to be placed ahead of time, and once we receive your order we’ll give you a delivery window so you have a better idea of when to expect us.

Delivery is $2.50 on orders under $75 and free on orders of $75 or more.

We will offer debit at the door for delivery orders.

We’ll also be offering our 12" frozen take and bake pizzas in Canadian, Hawaiian, Pepperoni and Cheese & Cheddar.

Right now, our take and bake pizzas are available for pickup at Roberts Street Pizza in Ladysmith, with more locations and availability coming soon.

Our full menu, pricing and website should be up and running by Wednesday, August 12th, with more meals and delivery areas coming as we get everything going.

It’s been a while since we’ve posted, but we’ve been busy working behind the scenes!

Originally, Yellow House Food Co. was supposed to operate out of the same location as Little Town Pizza Chemainus at 9780 Willow Street, offering frozen meals, frozen pizzas and smash burgers. Unfortunately, those plans didn’t work out the way we had hoped.

But we didn’t give up on the idea.

We’re excited to announce that Yellow House Food Co. will be starting operations in Nanaimo at 2025 Bowen Road!

We have sold our frozen take-and-bake pizzas in the past and received some really great feedback. Since then, we’ve continued working on them and believe we have now perfected them—or at least we think so! We’ll be starting with a smaller selection, with plans to offer more varieties in the future.

We’re also excited to be partnering with Julie Stevens, the chef behind Maple Lane Cafe & Catering, to offer fresh and frozen meals delivered right to your door.

Yellow House Food Co. will offer delivery of our fresh and frozen meals, along with our frozen take-and-bake pizzas.

Our pizzas come from the same owners behind Roberts Street Pizza and Little Town Pizza Chemainus Little Town Pizza Lake Cowichan, with almost 30 years of experience serving the Cowichan Valley. We’re excited to make them available for you to enjoy at home.

And yes, Yellow House Food Co. does have the same owners as Roberts Street Pizza and Little Town Pizza. At this time, we don’t plan to offer hot, made-to-order pizza from our Nanaimo location.

Maybe one day, but for now, Nanaimo already has so many great pizzerias and food establishments. We’re simply happy to be here and become a small part of the community.
