Here, you'll get the traditional values of the West, with a hint of the modern world and exceptional customer experience. We sell grass-fed beef by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole carcass. Our current pricing is $5.75/lb based on the hot hanging weight. This includes; beef, aging, custom cut and wrap, freezing and delivery to most locations.
