There are 6 steps to our honey harvest:
1. Extracting
2. Settling
3. Clarifying - this is today’s job 🙋🏼‍♀️
4. Straining
5. Storage - ready to package
6. Creaming - which can take from 5 to 14 days depending on temperature and the moisture of the honey.

Please be patient so we can achieve our high level of quality.
