Quick reminder for all clients regarding payment:

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. If there are any issues with my prices or policies please discuss them before the appointment. I accept cash and e-transfer.

As a small business, unpaid invoices directly impact me. When people don’t pay, I end up covering time, travel, and materials and I lose a lot of money in these situations. People refusing to pay has been happening more to me lately and not only is it hurtful to me personally but it's getting in the way of me investing back into my business and paying back debt I took out to go to shoeing school.

Moving forward late payments may result in a late fee and/or scheduling delays for future appointments. Consistent no-shows or unpaid invoices after reminders will result in being blacklisted from my business.

Despite this- I really appreciate everyone who pays. Especially the people who make sure they have cash ready to go before the appointment. With the rise in costs of supplies (I got hit with a %25 tariff fyi) and gas it helps keep the schedule running smoothly and allows me to keep doing what I love.

✨EXCITING NEWS✨

I’m officially expanding my farrier services into the Nelson / West Kootenay area!

I’ve had enough interest from the area to make this expansion possible, and I’m really looking forward to working with more horses and clients out this way.

I’ll be taking on new clients in and around Nelson, offering trims, hot and cold shoeing, ect. I am excited to build new connections in this community.
