Look what just walked in the door! Freshly harvested microgreens!! Include them in your salads, sandwiches, or enjoy them just on their own! The nutrients are much more concentrated in sprouts vs the leafy vegetable. eg broccoli sprouts have 10-100 times more sulforaphane, a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound, than mature broccoli. And they are 100% organic! 😀
