Last April on a chilly morning in the dry lot we were surprised with the early arrival of unexpected twins! 2 tiny R&W heifer calves that we rushed to the warmth of calf barn are sure looking good now!

Almost 11 months later they're turning into nice Yearlings. Maybe have the potential to see a showring as a 2yr old next year.

Every once in a while we get an exciting young B&W cow that calves in right! 🖤🤍
It's neat to see a calf that wasn't always flashy, develop over time. Since she was a springing heifer I've had my eye on her, seeing potential of being a neat young cow once she calved in. She unfortunately calved for the 1st time older than I'd like. For now I'm just happy to see her mature nicely & we'll see about showing after she's scored 🤞

💫Blondin Altitude Selena EX-90 1* has accomplished a lot 5 years! She's flushed extremely well for us..& we still have Embryos we're implanting. She has 3 VG daughters (by Luxor, Warrior & Willows) 4 bred heifers by Blondin Cheerful all to calve within the next year. And a B&W natural daughter (March 25) by Blondin Alpha. Selena being a young cow yet has a bright future ahead & more ⭐️ & points to build in her pedigree!

We've added some new R&W genetics to our herd! Introducing...Blondin Altitude Selena!😍
She's an January 2020 daughter out of the one and only Blondin Destry Sally EX-93 1*(0/8), Grand Champion @ The Royal R&W show 2014!
We purchased her at the Vente Blondin sale a few weeks ago, and just brought her home yesterday.
Very excited to have a Sally daughter part of our herd and excited for her future!

And if she keeps going in the right direction, Rodeo may look as good as her Momma one day!

Then & Now...Twinning edition 👯‍♀️

These 2 are almost identical twins and do everything together. The older one on the left in both videos (Rhinestone) is the leader while little sister (Ruby) follows.
Both fresh since June it's neat to see their mannerisms from the time they were 1 month old until now!
