We kicked off the summer this weekend in the best way possible 🌞🍻
SO12 was truly one for the record books.
The sun was shining, the beers were pouring, the food was sizzling, and the vibes were unreal. You showed up big and made this anniversary party something special.

We’re so grateful for everyone who came out to celebrate with us, and for all of you who have supported Steel and Oak over the last 12 years. You’re the reason we get to do what we do!

Anniversary pours, favourites, seasonals — all ready to go.

will be here with crafts and games from 3–6 PM + we will be serving up SO lemonade for the kiddos.

Grab a limited‑edition SO12 cup — bigger pours all day.

We’re bringing the eats to SO12 with a lineup of local favourites:

🔥 S&O Food Truck - of course!
🌮 – Tex-Mex classics
🌺 – Hawaiian-style hot dogs
🐅 – Asian-inspired street tacos

Come hungry, grab a pint, and make a day of it. See you this Saturday, June 20 from 3–9 PM as we celebrate 12 years of Steel & Oak 🎉

We weren’t expecting to see one in the wild, either.

Say hello to Juniper 🌿 — a Dry Gin Saison brewed with hand-preserved citrus and foraged Vancouver Island juniper berries.

Bright lemon and lime lead the charge, followed by fresh botanical notes, a hint of rye spice, and a crisp, bone-dry finish. Think of it as the craft beer world’s answer to a refreshing summer cocktail.

Refreshing, herbaceous, and ready for patio season.

Some things are worth stopping the jeep for.
