Our owner and founder of Beau Bakery and Confections Steffany Singh, has a passion for baking and the culinary arts. Her passion for culinary arts came at a very young age, following in the footsteps of her mom, grandma, great grandma. Throughout her high school career, she has
completed culinary and baking competitions. Once finished she completed a 2 year program at George Brown College (Baking

and Pastry Arts).She has also studied in France at the Ecole Nationale Supe ́rieure de la Patisserie

With experience working in hotels, restaurants, and bakeries, she still strives to gain more knowledge in an ever evolving field.

On September 26, I’ll be joining an incredible lineup of chefs at the 8th Thistletown Chefs Harvest Party in Toronto.
All proceeds from the event go to sending Thistletown’s Culinary students to Italy in March 2027. 🇮🇹

A little glimpse into a day in my life as a pastry chef. 🥐✨

Early mornings, flour everywhere, lots of butter, a few cups of coffee, and creating desserts that make people smile. Every day looks a little different, but I honestly wouldn't have it any other way.
