On this main bathroom service call, we replaced the existing shower valve with a new Moen Posi-Temp valve and cleared both the bathtub drain and bathroom sink blockage.

Refrigerator water-line leak inspection completed in Aurora.

The damaged section of the 1/4” refrigerator water line was located, the shutoff valve was tested and confirmed to be functioning properly, and photos and documentation were provided for the homeowner’s insurance claim.

We received a call from a homeowner who was referred to JM Plumbing by his parents, after we completed a similar repair for them.

A ceiling leak was traced back to a failed tub and shower valve hidden inside the wall. We opened the necessary access points, replaced the complete Moen valve, trim and tub spout, and fully tested the system to confirm the leak was resolved.

We also provided drywall repair and finishing to restore the opened areas.

The Town of Newmarket was replacing the water meter, but the existing shut-off valve was an older, uncommon size and a direct replacement could not be found.

Because the water service piping was 5/8”, JM Plumbing sourced a compatible valve and replaced the internal components and handle, allowing the existing valve body to be restored and operated properly without unnecessarily changing the entire water service.
