Method
1. Chocolate shell: Melt the chocolate and divide between 3 piping bags, filling each about 50-60% full. Tilt and rotate to coat the inside evenly.
Refrigerate briefly until set.
2. Vanilla filling: Whip cream to soft peaks. Add condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Mix gently until smooth and creamy.
3. Fill: Pipe the vanilla mixture into the chocolate-coated bags. Twist the top and secure with a rubber band.
4. Freeze: Freeze for 3-4 hours until completely set.
5. Serve: Cut open the bag, peel it away, and enjoy!
